Pull Together for Aviation Education

Teams of 25 will take on a nearly 40-ton B-29 in a high-energy community fundraiser. Airplanes & Coffee, the Commemorative Air Force and the Henry B. Tippie National Aviation Education Center are bringing this event to Dallas Executive Airport. Sponsorship support helps make the event possible and advances aviation education.

One Kids Pull team entry for a school, scout troop or youth group; team listing on website and participant medals for every young puller.

Friends of FIFI — $500

Recognition on shared supporter board and event website, plus one event T-shirt. Businesses may add a vendor table for $500, subject to space.

Every package helps bring a memorable aviation experience to Dallas Executive Airport while supporting aviation education through Airplanes & Coffee. Sponsorships also give your team a chance to take part in the event and connect with the local aviation community.

Standard Vendor Table — $500

One standard vendor table at the event. Vendor space is subject to availability and venue approval.

In-Kind Event Partners

Printing, meals, water, photography, audiovisual, tents, tables and other goods or services are welcome. Recognition will reflect the value and scope of the contribution. Please coordinate in-kind support with the event team in advance.

Good to Know

T-shirt quantities shown are total package quantities, including sponsored teams. T-shirt logo placement requires a signed commitment and artwork by the event’s published deadline. Vendor space, displays, signage and sponsor activities are subject to availability and approval by event organizers, the venue and the Commemorative Air Force.

Sponsorship does not include aircraft operation, flights or aircraft access. Airplanes & Coffee is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit; consult your tax advisor regarding deductibility. Sponsorships are first come, first served. Custom packages are available.
